Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the Development Authority of El Shorouk City has successfully conducted the fifth manual public lottery to allocate 481 regularized land plots in accordance with the approved detailed plans in the Al Rabia area of El Shorouk City.
In this regard, Engineer Bassam Mohamed Fadl, Head of the El Shorouk City Development Authority, clarified that the lottery was scheduled for customers who had paid the required down payments for the plots whose status had been regularized. The lottery included the allocation of 481 land plots in the Al Rabia area, distributed as follows: 413 plots with an area of 209m², 33 plots with an area of 276m², 26 plots ranging between 235m² and 274m², two plots ranging between 320m² and 399m², six plots with an area of 400m², and one plot with an area of 500m², all from the available vacant lands.
The Head of the Authority pointed out that citizens were welcomed from 10:00 AM for attendance registration, and the doors were closed at exactly noon to commence the public lottery. Attendance was permitted upon presenting an official identification document and the original payment receipt. He also emphasized the continuation of announcing the remaining names and the next lottery date.
