The priority of applicants was determined based on the following criteria:

Single individuals (including divorced or widowed applicants without dependents).
In cases where family size is equal, priority is given to the older applicant.
Installment Payment Date for “Housing for All Egyptians 5” Units
Quarterly installment payments for the housing units will begin starting next July.
