Cases of Housing Unit Withdrawal and Penalties for Violations
The fund has identified several cases in which housing units may be withdrawn from their beneficiaries, including:
Violations of Reservation or Contract Terms
Discovering violations of the booking or contracting conditions.
Leasing or Selling the Unit Prematurely
Leasing or selling the unit before the expiration of the legal prohibition period.
Changing the Designated Purpose of the Unit
Using the unit for purposes other than those specified.
Receiving Other Government Housing Support
Benefiting from additional government housing support programs.
Failure to Utilize the Unit Permanently
Not using the unit regularly and permanently.
