The Ministry of Housing will launch the “Valley Towers” project in October Gardens in February. This project offers residential units with suitable areas to accommodate various family sizes as part of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative to provide affordable housing for Egyptians across different governorates.
Valley Towers Apartments in October Gardens
The “Valley Towers” project in October Gardens provides residential units ranging from 95 square meters to 101 square meters, catering to the needs of Egyptians living abroad who wish to own a home in Egypt. This project is one of 13 housing projects across nine different cities.
The Ministry of Housing has announced the launch of the first phase of distinguished residential units within the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative. The initiative includes 13 projects across nine cities and targets Egyptians from various income levels and social classes abroad.
Your Home in Egypt Units
Engineer Sherif El Shorbagy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, clarified that the initiative includes the most extensive and premium housing options. It will offer 5,055 residential units distributed across 13 projects in 9 cities. He noted that the first phase comprises units available for immediate delivery, with other units set for delivery by the end of 2025 at the latest.
Minister El Shorbagy also mentioned that the first phase of residential units will be available for reservation starting in February, with various projects covering prominent new cities nationwide. The offer includes different unit sizes, including apartments and villas.
Cities and Unit Sizes under Your Home in Egypt
The residential units are located in the following projects:
- The “Arabesque” project in Cairo has units ranging from 125 square meters to 179 square meters.
- The third residential neighborhood (R3) in the New Administrative Capital has unit sizes ranging from 114 square meters to 173 square meters in the second district (D2) and from 161 square meters to 392 square meters in the second district promenade (D2).
- The fifth residential neighborhood, “New Garden City,” is in the New Administrative Capital, with unit sizes from 79 to 344 square meters.
- The “Madinaty” project is in New Cairo, with units ranging from 96 to 178 square meters.
- The “Valley Towers East” project is in New Obour. Unit sizes range from 89 to 116 square meters.
- The “Saba” project on the 6th of October City, with units ranging from 95 to 141 square meters.
- The “Valley Towers” project is in October Gardens. Its units range from 95 to 101 square meters.
- The “Bliss Gates” project in Sheikh Zayed, with units from 80 square meters to 220 square meters.
- The “Beach Front” towers project in New Alamein features d15 to 678 square meters. of duplex units
- The “Latin District” in New Alamein has units ranging from 95 to 250 square meters.
- The “Zahia” project in New Mansoura offers “Modern and Classic” villas ranging from 360 to 504 square meters.
Your Home in Egypt Unit Finishes
The residential units and villas are offered with luxurious finishes across all projects. The Ministry of Housing, in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority, has finalized an agreement with Banque Misr to determine electronic payment methods to ensure easy procedures and secure financial transactions. Payments for the residential units and down payments for reservations can be made in US dollars for Egyptians living abroad. The Ministry has made every effort to provide facilities for everyone to benefit from the exceptional opportunities available during this phase.
