She added that all applications undergo a thorough evaluation to ensure transparency in the allocation process.

Sources from the Ministry of Housing and the Mortgage Finance Fund revealed that the results would be available on the official website in the coming days. The application window for these housing units closed mid-this month.
The housing units were divided into the following categories:
- Immediate Delivery Units: Requires a down payment of 20,000 EGP for reservation.
- Units Delivered After 36 Months: Requires a down payment of 30,000 EGP.
The sources also noted that the fund will allow a grievance period for citizens to make necessary adjustments, ensuring fairness in the allocation process.

To check the status of your application, whether accepted to receive a housing unit or rejected (requiring a refund of the reservation deposit), follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of the Social Housing Fund.
- Select “Application Status Inquiry.”
- Choose the project you applied for.
- Enter your 14-digit national ID number.
- Click on “Inquire” to view the status of your application.
