The New Obour City Development Authority, affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), has announced the organization of two public lotteries to allocate land plots to citizens who paid reservation down payments and regularized their status by February 6, 2025, in the formerly known areas of Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Amal.

The authority stated that Manual Public Lottery No. 11 will be held on April 22, 2025, to allocate land plots in the Al-Qadisiyah area. The event will take place at the authority’s headquarters and will include land plots ranging in size from 209 to 500 square meters, falling under the following categories: (209 m² – 276 m² – 350 m² – 400 m² – 450 m² – 500 m²).

Meanwhile, Manual Public Lottery No. 12 will take place on April 23, 2025, to allocate plots in the Al-Amal area under the same rules and previously announced plot sizes.

The authority invited interested clients to be present at the headquarters starting at 10:00 AM for attendance registration and emphasized that the gates would be closed strictly at 12:00 PM, marking the start of the lottery process.

It also stressed the importance of bringing a valid ID and the original payment receipt for the reservation down payment, noting that entry and participation will not be permitted without these documents.
