Engineer Mohamed Adel, Chairman of the New Administrative Capital Authority, announced the provision of a variety of traffic services at the newly operational unit in Residential Neighborhood R3. This initiative aims to facilitate the lives of residents and business owners in the New Administrative Capital.

In this regard, Engineer Mohamed Adel explained that this step comes as part of the directives from Engineer Sherif El-Shorbagy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, to activate the services completed in the new cities, especially in the New Administrative Capital, in collaboration with the relevant ministries.

Engineer Mohamed Adel clarified that the traffic services include issuing a replacement for a lost vehicle license, issuing an electronic sticker, renewing vehicle licenses, issuing a replacement for a lost driving license, verifying the validity of vehicle registration data, checking traffic violations, and issuing a replacement for a damaged driving license. He also mentioned that efforts are underway to expand the scope of services offered at the unit.

The Chairman of the Authority expressed his gratitude to all officials at the Ministry of Interior and the General Traffic Department for their ongoing cooperation and quick response in making the unit operational, contributing to providing exceptional services to the citizens.
