Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced that the delivery of social housing land plots to the winners in New Beni Suef City will commence today, Sunday, May 11, 2025. The delivery process will continue until Thursday, May 29, 2025, according to a specific timetable announced by the New Beni Suef City Authority.

The Minister emphasized the importance of monitoring infrastructure, road, and service projects in the land delivery areas. He also stressed the need to provide full support to the beneficiaries and facilitate the handover procedures to enhance development across Upper Egypt’s urban areas.

Engineer Ahmed Abdel Ghaffar Abdallah, Head of the New Beni Suef City Authority, announced the scheduled dates for delivering the social housing plots located in District Eight. The handover will proceed as follows:

  • Plots No. 1 to 40: Sunday, 11/5/2025

  • Plots No. 41 to 80: Monday, 12/5/2025

  • Plots No. 81 to 120: Tuesday, 13/5/2025

  • Plots No. 121 to 160: Wednesday, 14/5/2025

  • Plots No. 161 to 200: Sunday, 18/5/2025

  • Plots No. 201 to 240: Monday, 19/5/2025

  • Plots No. 241 to 280: Tuesday, 20/5/2025

  • Plots No. 281 to 320: Wednesday, 21/5/2025

  • Plots No. 321 to 360: Sunday, 25/5/2025

  • Plots No. 361 to 400: Monday, 26/5/2025

  • Plots No. 401 to 440: Tuesday, 27/5/2025

Additionally, May 28 and 29, 2025, have been allocated for those who missed their scheduled delivery dates.
