The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, chaired by Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, approved the allocation of 12 residential plots and eight mixed-use residential plots in the distinguished housing area of East Port Said City, “Salam.” This decision aligns with establishing a logistics area to serve the students of East Port Said University.

The approval includes allocating the land through the New Port Said City—Salam Authority based on the pricing set by the authority’s specialized committees. Additionally, the city administration has been tasked with preparing detailed data on the plots intended for offering in coordination with the Planning and Projects and Real Estate and Commercial Affairs sectors. The specified offering conditions will include these details in the tender booklet.
