Abdel Hamid confirmed that in future announcements related to the “Housing for All Egyptians” project, priority will be given to applicants from the current announcement who meet the project’s conditions, provided they have not withdrawn their reservation deposit.

She emphasized the importance of keeping the receipt for withdrawing the reservation deposit, whether to refund the deposit or to submit it as part of the required documents during the application process in the upcoming period.
Social Housing Fund
The CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund also stated that the screening process for applicants seeking a housing unit under the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” announcement will soon begin. The status of each registered applicant will be determined, followed by the opening of the appeals process.
