In this regard, Engineer Mohamed Zakaria, Head of the El Shorouk City Development Authority, stated that the fifteenth manual public lottery will be conducted to assign housing plots to clients who have paid the down payments for the areas that were regularized in their favor, according to the following plot size categories: (209 m², 276 m², 400 m², 500 m², 600 m², and more than 700 m²) in the Al Rabwa area.

He further noted that citizens will be received starting from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, after which the lottery process will begin immediately. Attendance will be allowed upon presentation of a valid national ID and the original payment receipt.
