Steps to Submit the Application via the Digital Egypt Platform:
1. Create an Account:
If you do not already have an account on the Digital Egypt Platform, create one to ensure your personal information is accurately recorded.
2. Choose the Service:
From the main page, select “Alternative Housing”, open the Alternative Housing Application Form, agree to the terms and conditions, and click “Start Service.”
3. Specify the Rental Relationship:
Select your category from the available options — original tenant, tenant’s spouse, or lease extension — and indicate the relationship if the latter applies.
4. Enter Personal and Employment Information:
Provide your basic details, including full name, national ID number, occupation, and monthly or annual income.
5. Unit Information:
Enter the address of the rented unit, its area, rental value, rental duration, date of occupancy, and owner’s name.
6. Family Details:
Include your marital status, spouse’s details, children’s names, and information about other residents, specifying their relationship to the applicant.
7. Family Health Status:
Indicate if there are family members with disabilities and attach the Integrated Services Card information if applicable.
8. Business Activity Information:
If your family operates a commercial activity, provide the commercial registration number or tax ID along with relevant business details.
9. Review and Submit:
Carefully review all entered data and confirm your application after receiving an SMS verification message.
