Mai Abdel Hamid, the Executive Director of the Social Housing Fund, confirmed that applicants would receive messages informing them of their application status after reviewing 561,000 files, covering 98.2% of the total applications.

Steps to Appeal the Rejection of a Social Housing Application

She pointed out that the number of applicants for the Sakan Li Kol Al-Masryeen 5 initiative is the highest since the program began. 762,000 brochures were sold through 590 post offices, 589,000 citizens paid the reservation deposit, and 571,000 applicants registered on the official website and uploaded the required documents.

Mai Abdel Hamid also clarified that the appeal window for applicants whose requests were initially rejected during the screening process will open on Tuesday.

Steps to Submit an Appeal for Social Housing 2025

The procedures for submitting an appeal for the 2025 social housing program are as follows:

  1. Visit the Social Housing Fund platform.
  2. Access the official website of the Social Housing Fund.
  3. Select the appeal submission option: From the homepage, choose “Submit an Appeal” or “Appeal a Housing Application Rejection.”
  4. Enter your national ID number in the designated field.
  5. Provide the housing application number that was previously submitted.
