Minister of Housing, Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the commencement of a major project to implement primary infrastructure utilities, including road networks, water, sewage, and irrigation systems in the Boulevard area, covering 532 feddans between the Regional Ring Road and Imam Al-Shafi’i Axis to the west of Hadayek Al-Asimah City.
He explained that the area will include commercial, administrative, recreational, and hotel-style residential projects, aiming to create an integrated environment for residents and investors while enhancing the investment value of the city. This comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to provide services and investment opportunities in the new cities.

He also noted that Hadayek Al-Asimah City enjoys a strategic location close to the New Administrative Capital, which represents Egypt’s vision for future urban development and stands as a model for fourth-generation cities.
Meanwhile, Ahmed Al-Arabi, Head of the City Authority, mentioned that the project aims to transform the Boulevard lands into a smart, tourism-oriented, and commercial services zone by equipping full infrastructure networks and providing integrated services, which will boost revenues and real estate investment in the city.
