Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the commencement of handing over distinguished housing plots to citizens in New Beni Suef City. According to a schedule set by the city’s development authority, the distribution will occur from Sunday, March 9, 2025, to Thursday, March 20, 2025.
In this regard, the Minister of Housing emphasized the importance of continuing infrastructure and roadworks in the city according to the designated timelines while ensuring compliance with standard specifications and quality standards in project implementation.
Engineer Ahmed Abdel Gaber Abdellah, Head of the New Beni Suef City Development Authority, stated that the plots in Neighborhood 3 of District 3 will be handed over according to the following schedule:
- Plots 365 to 400 will be handed over on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
- Plots 401 to 430 on Monday, March 10, 2025.
- Plots 431 to 460 on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.
- Plots 461 to 490 on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
Additionally, the Head of the Authority added that:
- Plots 490 to 520 will be handed over on Sunday, March 16, 2025.
- Plots 521 to 550 on Monday, March 17, 2025.
- Plots 551 to 592 on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.
Furthermore, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and Thursday, March 20, 2025, have been allocated for those unable to collect their plots on the previously designated dates.
