Housing Minister Sherif El-Sharbeni confirmed that the digital transformation in announcing the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative is designed to ease the process for citizens and simplify the submission of housing unit applications without causing overcrowding.
He explained that the steps for applying for the second phase brochures of the initiative have been streamlined to suit low- and middle-income citizens, eliminating the need for external assistance.
El-Sharbeni pointed out that the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Support Fund has produced an instructional video to clearly guide citizens through the application process, enabling them to download the required brochure with ease.
Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Fund, added that the video is available through the Fund’s official platforms and on YouTube.
