The Urban Communities Authority, through the Maspero Triangle, Imbaba Airport, and Al-Fustat project units, is offering approximately six commercial shops for sale. These shops are located beneath residential buildings in the Rawdet Al-Sayeda Zeinab area and range in size from 26 to 132 square meters.
The sale will be conducted at a public auction scheduled for February 25. The terms booklet is available for purchase at the Sheikh Zayed unit office for EGP 299 per shop.
The authority has set an EGP 50,000 deposit as a requirement for participating in the auction for each shop. Successful bidders must pay 11.5% of the shop’s value immediately upon winning the auction, along with a 5% maintenance deposit, which must be paid within 30 days of the handover date.
