Sheikh Zayed City Authority Renews ISO Certifications for the Third Consecutive Year

Eng. Marwa Hussein Amin, Head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, announced the renewal and extension of ISO certifications for the authority for the third consecutive year. The certifications include:

  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
  • ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems

Commitment to Quality and Safety

The renewal of these certifications reflects the ongoing efforts supervised by Akram Saad, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Financial, Administrative, and Human Resources Affairs, alongside Kamal Rashad, Director of the Quality Management Department, and the qualification team.

The external audit process ensured compliance with ISO standards at the Sheikh Zayed City Authority building, reinforcing its commitment to maintaining high-quality management, workplace safety, and environmental responsibility.

Continuous Improvement

The certifying body highlighted the authority’s dedication to implementing and maintaining ISO standards, addressing any observations, and striving for continuous improvement. The Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority remains committed to enhancing its operations and facilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and sustainability.
