The Ministry of Housing is preparing to offer more than 261,000 apartments in five phases in cooperation with the Housing and Development Bank and the Egypt Real Estate Platform.
The schedule for the offering includes the following dates:

35,000 apartments will be offered on April 15, 2025.

60,000 apartments will be offered on July 15, 2025.

59,000 residential units will be offered on October 15, 2025.

58,000 residential units will be offered on January 15, 2026.

48,000 residential units will be offered on April 15, 2026.
This offering covers all segments of Egyptian society, including housing for low- and middle-income groups, as well as upper-middle and luxury categories. Prices will range from 10,000 to 35,000 EGP per square meter.
