How to Check Sakan Misr Lottery Results
The Ministry of Housing has provided an electronic system for citizens to check the names of lottery winners. Applicants can visit the official “Maskan” project website, select the project they applied for, specify the target category, and click the designated link for lottery results. The results can also be seen on the official channels of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), such as YouTube and social media.
The ministry confirmed that the results would be broadcast live, though there might be slight delays in uploading the files. Additionally, it announced the schedule for upcoming public lotteries for housing projects planned for February 2025.

- February 11: Lottery for Sakan Misr units and medium-sized land plots in New Minya and West Qena.
- February 16: Lottery for premium land plots in the 10th of Ramadan and New Aswan, as well as medium-sized land plots in Badr City.
- February 17: Lottery for Dar Misr units in the 10th of Ramadan, premium housing units in Badr, and medium-sized land plots in New Assiut.
- February 18: There will be a lottery for Rawdat Al-Obour units, the most premium land plots in Obour, and premium housing units in New Mansoura.
- February 19: Lottery for Sakan Misr units in West Assiut (New Nasser), premium land plots in New Qena, New Sohag, New Akhmim, and New Mallawi, and medium-sized land plots in New Beni Suef.
- February 20: Lottery for premium land plots in Sadat City.
- February 24: Lottery for Jannah units and the most premium land plots in the 6th of October City, held at Cairo International Stadium.
- February 25: Lottery for Jannah units in New Cairo.
- February 26: Lottery for medium-sized land plots in New Borg El Arab.
