  • An application form (according to the official template) submitted by the original tenant or the inheritor of the lease, along with a copy of the lease contract and supporting documents proving the continuation of the rental relationship.

  • A written declaration confirming the evacuation of the current unit immediately upon receiving the new one.

  • A copy of the national ID card of the original tenant or their spouse.

  • Birth certificates of minor children or national ID cards for adult children.

  • Proof of marital status:

    • In case of marriage: marriage certificate.

    • In case of divorce: divorce certificate + custody decision for the divorced woman with children.

    • In case of death: death certificate of the spouse + inheritance certificate.

Required Documents to Obtain a Replacement Unit for Old Rent Tenants

  • For persons with disabilities: a rehabilitation certificate, government services card, or a medical committee certificate.
  • For non-residential units: proof of activity such as a tax card or commercial registration.
  • Proof of household income:
    • For government and public sector employees: an official certificate of net income.

    • For private sector employees: an employment certificate stating income, along with commercial registration and tax card of the company.

    • For freelancers: tax registration proof and a certified statement from a legal accountant determining income.

  • For widows, divorced women, and pensioners:

    • Pension document for widows and retirees.

    • Alimony document for divorced women.
