Key Housing Services on the Digital Egypt Platform
The service for booking apartments under the “Housing for All Egyptians” project now allows citizens to download the terms booklet electronically through the platform without the need to visit government offices.
The application steps include creating a payment account, paying the booklet fee, downloading the booklet, and filling out the reservation application form entirely online.
Egypt Real Estate Platform
The Ministry of Housing is working on launching the second phase of the housing project, which includes around 400,000 residential units, through the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform at the beginning of October. The platform aims to market real estate projects locally and internationally while strengthening transparency in the real estate sector.
Service for Registering Old Rent Tenants
A unified electronic platform has been launched on Digital Egypt to register tenants and property owners covered by the law regulating the relationship between landlord and tenant.
Registration officially began on October 3, 2025, and can be completed easily by creating an account using the national ID number and a phone number registered in the applicant’s name. A confirmation SMS is then sent to set a password.
The platform also provides a replacement housing service for tenants searching for new residential units. The initial application only requires filling out an online form that includes personal details, the specifications of the desired unit, its location, and information about the residents.
