Public Lottery for Luluat Badr Housing Units to Be Held Next Monday

Major General Engineer Walid Al-Baroudi, Chairman of the General Authority for Cooperative Housing, has announced that a public lottery will be conducted on Monday, September 9th, to allocate residential units in the Luluat Badr Project to eligible applicants.

According to Al-Baroudi, the lottery will take place at 12:00 PM in the main conference hall at the Authority’s headquarters, located at 3 Samir Abdel-Raouf Street, Makram Ebeid Extension, Nasr City.

The names of the disqualified applicants were published on Monday, and the reservation period for the units was from August 19th to 29th.

The General Authority for Cooperative Housing initially announced the availability of units in the Luluat Badr Project on July 10th, offering various sizes ranging from 125m² to 150m². The units are available for purchase through a lottery system, with payment plans extending up to seven years.

Additionally, those who choose to pay the full price upfront will receive a 25% discount and the opportunity to select their preferred unit, building, floor, and orientation.
