The Land Projects Authority of the Ministry of Interior has announced a public auction under the closed-envelope system (technical/financial) for the management and utilization of Al-Fardous Sports Club, located in Al-Fardous City on Al-Wahat Road in front of Dreamland, Hadayek October. The successful bidder will be granted management and utilization rights for a period of ten years, renewable for another similar term.
Al-Fardous Sports Club covers a total area of 38,125 square meters, with a construction rate of 10%. Existing buildings cover an area of 1,784.6 square meters, representing a building rate of 4.68%. These include important facilities such as retail shops, a recreational building, swimming pools, administrative offices, sports fields, as well as supporting services, fences, and gates. Completion of the remaining construction quota is allowed, provided it complies with the laws and the conditions outlined in the tender documents.
According to the announcement, the club is ready for handover. The session for submitting technical and financial offers will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the Authority’s headquarters. Applicants are required to submit a temporary deposit of 2 million Egyptian pounds.
The Land Projects Authority of the Ministry of Interior indicated that the tender documents can be obtained from the Authority’s headquarters for a fee of 2,000 EGP.
