The Housing and Development Bank announced the postponement of reservations for the Jenna and Sakan projects in New Mansoura City, as well as the free housing units in New Suez City, due to a malfunction in the network connectivity systems.
The bank is working diligently to resolve this technical issue as quickly as possible, and a new reservation date will be announced once the problem is resolved, in order to ensure the highest quality of service. This reflects the bank’s commitment to transparency and security.
Additionally, the Housing and Development Bank decided to postpone the reservation date for the first phase of the Deyarna project by one week, with reservations now scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, August 13 and 14, 2025, instead of the previously announced dates of August 6 and 7, according to an official statement from the bank.
This comes as part of the New Urban Communities Authority and the Housing and Development Bank’s commitment to giving participants in the current offerings sufficient time to complete registration procedures and update their information. The bank urged all participants to expedite the completion of their registration and data updates.
