The visit aligns with the directives of Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny to oversee ongoing development efforts and enhance public facilities in tourist villages, ensuring continuous urban improvement.
The inspection began with a review of the upgrading and beautification of Marina’s entrances. The objective is to align the development with the Ministry’s vision, introducing modern landscaping and urban enhancements to Marina Alamein’s external road network.
Project Updates & Execution Progress
- Marina Entrance Development:
- 60% of the first entrance model has been completed.
- The initial phase is expected to wrap up soon, with subsequent phases following a structured timeline.
- Contractors were instructed to reroute traffic for safety during construction, ensuring high-quality completion while meeting health and safety standards.
- Marina 8 Housing Project:
- The development includes 243 buildings (villas, chalets, and apartment complexes) with 917 housing units.
- The project has reached 30% completion.
- The team reviewed the infrastructure and road network plans to ensure timely execution.
