The Egyptian Official Gazette (Al-Waqa’i Al-Misriya) has published Ministerial Decree No. 189 of 2026, issued by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, approving the amendment to the detailed master plan for Plot No. (270/230/2017), covering an area of 2.66 feddans (equivalent to 11,200.164 square meters).
The plot is located within the area designated under Presidential Decree No. 230 of 2017 in Sheikh Zayed City and has been allocated to Yasser Mohamed Mohamed Saudi for the development of an integrated urban project.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ Ministerial Decree No. 189 of 2026, dated February 1, 2026, stipulates the approval of the amendment to the detailed master plan for Plot No. (270/230/2017), with a total area of 2.66 feddans (11,200.164 square meters), located within the area governed by Presidential Decree No. 230 of 2017 in Sheikh Zayed City.
The land has been allocated to Yasser Mohamed Mohamed Saudi for the establishment of an integrated urban development project.
