The Hadayek October City Development Authority has announced the offering of exploitation rights for eight markets distributed across different areas in “Ebni Betak 2” and “Ebni Betak 7.” The offering includes administrative units, commercial shops, and three healthcare units of various sizes, under a usufruct license system valid for ten years. The public auction for these sites is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in line with the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, with the aim of enhancing services in new cities.
In a similar context, a number of commercial and service facilities were previously offered through the usufruct system in public auctions across other cities. These included usufruct periods of up to ten years in New Obour City, and up to fifteen and seven years in 10th of Ramadan City. These efforts come as part of the ongoing initiatives to support urban development and meet residents’ needs by providing essential services in modern cities.
