The New Mansoura City Development Authority has announced the offering of seven commercial shops and one pharmacy for sale through a public auction, with areas ranging between 19 square meters and 40 square meters.
The properties are located within the Service Center of the Fourth District and the City’s Tourist Area. This offering is part of the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) continuous efforts to provide the necessary commercial and medical services that support the city’s growing population.
According to the Authority, the auction session will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at the headquarters of the New Mansoura City Authority. The terms and conditions booklet is available at the Authority’s office for EGP 299 (exclusive of value-added tax).
Regarding payment terms, 25% of the total value must be paid immediately upon awarding the auction, in addition to 0.5% as administrative fees and 1% for the Board of Trustees. The remaining balance can be paid according to the installment schedule specified in the terms and conditions booklet.
This offering is part of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities’ strategy to enhance commercial, service, and medical activities in new cities and encourage local investments, contributing to improving living standards and meeting residents’ daily needs.
