During the visit, Eng. Tamer Gabr inspected the various departments and sections of the center, reviewed the rate of completed applications, and assessed compliance with the specified timelines for processing transactions. He instructed staff to simplify procedures for citizens, ensure courteous reception of visitors, and respond promptly to their requests to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Authority Head also met directly with several citizens visiting the center to hear their opinions and observations. He stressed the importance of promptly reviewing applications and complaints and resolving them in accordance with the governing rules and regulations, emphasizing that citizens remain the top priority of the authority’s work.
Monitoring Application Processing Rates at the Technological Service Center and Emphasizing Prompt Response to Citizens’ Complaints
The Authority Head affirmed that the continuous monitoring of operations at the Technological Service Center is part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of government services and strengthen effective communication with citizens. Eng. Tamer Gabr continued his inspection tour by reviewing the progress of road and sidewalk development and rehabilitation projects currently underway across various areas of Obour City.
The tour included monitoring the execution of the final asphalt surface layer on the right lane of Dr. Ali Hassan Street in front of Block (16010) in the Fifth District, as well as inspecting the implementation of the asphalt binder layer across the full width of Street (114) in Industrial Zone (A). These works are part of the Authority’s plan to upgrade the road network and improve traffic flow.
During the tour, the Authority Head emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved project timelines and maintaining the highest quality standards in implementation to enhance the level of services provided to citizens and achieve the city’s development and modernization goals.
Monitoring Cleaning, Maintenance, and Green Spaces at the “Janna Obour” Project
The Head of the Obour City Development Authority continued an extensive inspection tour of the “Janna Obour” housing project in the Eighth District to assess operational and maintenance activities and review the overall condition of the project. The visit aimed to ensure the sustainability of completed development and rehabilitation works while preserving the project’s urban appearance.
The inspection covered general cleaning operations, maintenance of green spaces, tree trimming, and lawn mowing, as well as the condition of internal roads and sidewalks.
