Engineer El Sayed Ahmed Hammam, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, welcomed Engineer Ammar Mandour, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for the Development and Construction Sector, accompanied by Engineer Mohamed Zuhair, Assistant to the Vice President for the Development and Construction Sector, during an inspection tour of the city.
The visit was conducted to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and assess completion and implementation rates across several development and service sectors.
New Urban Community Officials Emphasize Adherence to Timelines in New Mansoura Projects
The visit featured an expanded meeting with the companies responsible for implementing the housing projects in the city, where officials reviewed the current executive status of the developments.
Discussions also covered the key challenges and obstacles impacting workflow, while stressing the necessity of complying with the approved schedules and executing work in line with the highest quality standards and technical specifications to ensure timely project completion and operation.
Follow-Up on Development and Infrastructure Works in Residential Areas and the New Mansoura Corniche
The inspection tour included the Corniche area, where officials reviewed ongoing development and finishing works and monitored implementation rates for landscaping, infrastructure, and public services.
The delegation also inspected the buildings of the “Jannah” project in the second zone of the first phase, in addition to the Sakan Misr and Jannah buildings within the second phase, to evaluate actual on-site completion rates and verify the quality of work according to approved plans.

Officials from the New Urban Communities Authority highlighted the importance of intensifying efforts during the upcoming period and accelerating implementation across all projects.
