Engineer Amin Ghoneim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, announced the postponement of Public Manual Draw No. 8. This draw was designated for allocating residential units to clients who had paid deposits for units with areas of 209m², 276m², 400m², and 500m², and whose legal status had been regularized in the Al-Rabia area of El Shorouk.

The draw was initially scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the authority’s premises. However, due to the current weather conditions affecting the country, it has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
