The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has announced an investment opportunity for immediate allocation within the Dar Misr – Al-Qarnfel Project in New Cairo, with a total value of EGP 390 million. The offered land spans 20,507 square meters and is designated for educational use — specifically schools, with a 30% building ratio and permitted construction of basement + ground floor + 3 upper floors, subject to Civil Defense regulations and Armed Forces guidelines.
Investors have the option to inspect the land beforehand, and submitting the application is considered an acceptance of the location and dimensions. The implementation period is set at five years from the land handover date.

Payment terms include 15% upfront, with the remaining amount divided into 10 equal semi-annual installments, with interest calculated based on the Central Bank rate, in addition to administrative fees.
This offering aims to boost educational investment in New Cairo, enhancing the educational infrastructure and encouraging the private sector’s role in developing modern schools.
