The New Urban Communities Authority has offered 10 investment opportunities for establishing warehouses in 6th of October City (excluding pharmaceutical and food storage), with plot sizes less than 5 feddans, in an effort to support logistics activities in new cities.
The plots are located within the industrial areas along the central axis and include specific plot numbers (such as 6-2, 1-3, 23 and others). The plot sizes range between 3,353 and 7,424 square meters, with a fixed price of EGP 14,885 per square meter, and overall land values estimated between EGP 49.9 million and EGP 110.5 million.

To reserve a plot, investors are required to pay 10% as earnest money, with 25% to be completed at the time of allocation. Additional administrative fees and Board of Trustees charges also apply. The remaining balance is payable over 6 semi-annual installments, with interest calculated at the current bank lending rate + 2%, plus 0.5% administrative fees.
The maximum allowable building coverage is 65%, with 4-meter setbacks and a maximum building height of 15 meters (ground floor + 3 floors). All developments must comply with Civil Defense regulations and height restrictions set by the Armed Forces.
The construction period is 3 years from the date of land handover, following the final verification of the plot area by the city authority.
