New Urban Communities Authority Approves Land Allocation for Sale in U.S. Dollars

The Cabinet, during its weekly meeting held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, reviewed the approval of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in its session No. 202 dated March 23, 2025. The board approved several requests for the allocation of land plots to various companies, based on a sale system in U.S. dollars from abroad.

A total of 27 requests were approved across the cities of New Cairo, 10th of Ramadan, New Damietta, 6th of October, El Obour, Badr, Hadayek October, New Beni Suef, New Sohag, and New Assiut. The allocated plots will be used for a wide range of purposes, including commercial, administrative, residential, and integrated urban development projects. Additional uses will include logistics, medical facilities, exhibition halls, warehouses, green areas, fuel and service stations, car service and maintenance centers, and a social club.
