The New Urban Communities Authority, represented by the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, has announced the organization of a public tender directed at specialized companies for the offering and sale of the wooden components at the Central Nursery in 6th of October City.
Interested participants can obtain the terms and specifications booklet from the Authority’s headquarters for a fee of 299 EGP. The public tender session is scheduled to be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the headquarters of the 6th of October City Development Authority.
The Authority also clarified that participation requires a payment of 600 EGP as a bid bond. An opportunity to inspect the items in person on-site during official working hours is available. It is important to note that the tender is subject to the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 regarding the regulation of contracts concluded by public entities.
