The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has witnessed the signing of an allocation contract for plot number AP-9/3 in the Sixth Settlement of New Cairo City in favor of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, with the aim of establishing a multi-use urban development project.
The contract was signed by Engineer Ahmed Ali, representing the New Urban Communities Authority, and Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund.
Engineer Ahmed Ali stated that allocating this land comes in line with the minister’s directives to accelerate the implementation of service and development projects and to strengthen cooperation between government entities to achieve integrated visions for developing modern urban communities that provide all essential services.

For her part, Mai Abdel Hamid affirmed that this project represents a qualitative addition to the Fund’s portfolio, noting that it supports the state’s vision to expand integrated urban projects and provides units and services that meet citizens’ needs according to the highest quality standards.
This collaboration is considered an extension of the existing partnership between both parties, contributing to achieving sustainable urban development within New Cairo City and the fourth-generation cities.
