The New Sohag City Development Authority has announced the auction of 12 commercial shops, with areas ranging from 10 m² to 21 m², located in neighborhoods 3, 8, and 26. The auction is scheduled for Sunday, February 9, 2025.
Interested individuals can purchase the tender documents from the Authority’s office in New Sohag City and inspect the shops during official working hours.
In a separate development, Eng. Sherif Abdel Badi, Head of the New Sohag City Authority, inspected progress on the shared booster station between the New Sohag City Water Purification Plant and the West Sohag Water Plant. The visit also included a review of the ongoing installation of the water hammer system on the 1000 mm raw water pipeline, which is part of the project’s remaining works.
Eng. Abdel Badi stated that the project is being executed under the supervision of the National Organization for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage. The final adjustments are being addressed to pave the way for preliminary handover of the project.
