Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, has announced the commencement of the delivery of 370 new residential units in various housing projects in New Damietta City. These projects include “Sakan Misr,” “Distinguished Housing,” and “Janna.” The handover process is scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 15, 2025, and will continue until Thursday, August 14, 2025, according to the New Damietta City Development Authority.
The Minister emphasized the importance of streamlining the unit handover process for beneficiaries, ensuring that the delivery is well-organized, and addressing any observations that may arise. He also stressed the need to inspect infrastructure works—such as water and sewage networks—at the handover sites to ensure everything is functioning properly.
