A Central Operations Room Operating 24/7 to Oversee Utilities and Services

The Head of the Authority stated that the emergency plan is designed to improve the efficiency of vital utilities and strengthen the readiness of field teams to respond immediately to any emergencies or unexpected malfunctions, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality services to residents throughout the official holiday.

To guarantee continuous monitoring of services, a permanent headquarters for the central operations room has been established to operate around the clock without interruption, allowing ongoing follow-up of conditions across the city and direct coordination among all sectors.

Monitoring efforts are being carried out in cooperation with Assistant Head of the Authority Ashraf Ayman and Execution Director Mohamed El-Naggar through the deployment of specialized field teams to inspect drinking water networks, sewage systems, and the stability of electricity services.
