The New Obour City Authority has announced the commencement dates for handing over 136 “Most Distinguished” residential plots in Neighborhood 39 (formerly the 2600-Feddan area). These plots are allocated to Egyptians living abroad under the supplementary Phase Eight of the “Beit El Watan” project. The handover process will begin on Sunday, June 22, 2025, and continue until Tuesday, August 5, 2025, according to the statement issued by the New Obour City Development Authority.
Dr. Eng. Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, announced the detailed schedule for the land handover. Plots numbered from serial 1 to 6 will be handed over on specific dates between June 22 and July 2, 2025, covering various blocks within the project.
The process will continue with the handover of additional plots until Thursday, July 31, 2025. For those unable to collect their plots during the assigned dates, the authority has designated Sunday, August 3; Monday, August 4; and Tuesday, August 5, 2025, to accommodate late recipients.
