Eng. El-Sayed Ahmed Hammam, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, conducted an extensive field tour of the city’s Fourth District to follow up on the progress of residential projects and implementation rates, in line with the directives of Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

The tour was attended by the Authority’s deputy heads, assistants, and officials from the relevant departments. The tour comes as part of the ongoing follow-up of projects currently being implemented in New Mansoura City, monitoring completion rates and the quality of works, as well as landscaping, services, and utilities associated with the residential projects.

The Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority inspected the buildings of the Janna Project in the Fourth District, where he reviewed the project’s implementation status, finishing works, and services surrounding the buildings.

Eng. El-Sayed Ahmed Hammam highlighted the need to maintain the quality of implementation while paying attention to general landscaping works and improving the efficiency of services in the area, ensuring that the project is presented at an appropriate urban standard.

New Mansoura City Head Follows Up on Projects and Implementation Rates

The tour also included an inspection of the coastal-style housing project, where the head of the authority reviewed the ongoing works and implementation rates. He directed that work rates be accelerated while adhering to the specified technical standards and schedules, contributing to the completion of the project within the specified timelines.

Eng. El-Sayed Ahmed Hammam also inspected the villas and townhouses area in the Fourth District to follow up on the implementation status, landscaping works, utilities, and services associated with the project.

The head of the authority stressed the importance of paying attention to the final details of the projects and preserving the area’s distinctive urban character in a manner befitting New Mansoura City as one of the fourth-generation cities.

Directives to Improve Green Areas and Landscaping

During the tour, the Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority followed up on planting, general landscaping, and green-area works across various project areas, directing increased attention to afforestation and planting works and the preservation of green spaces.

He also stressed the need to continuously improve irrigation and maintenance works to preserve the area’s aesthetic appearance, enhance the level of services provided to residents, and strengthen the urban image of residential projects in New Mansoura City.

Eng. El-Sayed Ahmed Hammam emphasized that the field tours are part of the ongoing follow-up of various residential and service projects in New Mansoura City, efforts to accelerate implementation rates, improve service levels, and overcome any obstacles that may hinder the progress of work.

He explained that the Authority continues to monitor project implementation in accordance with the specified schedules and technical standards, contributing to the provision of integrated urban communities worthy of the city’s residents and aligned with the state’s direction toward expanding the development of fourth-generation cities and improving citizens’ quality of life.
