New Land Regularization Phase in El Shorouk City Announced by NUCA

The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) under the Ministry of Housing has announced a new phase for citizens seeking to regularize their land holdings in the expansion areas of El Shorouk City. The authority has released a list of names of citizens whose applications have been approved by the main regularization committee. These individuals are requested to visit the city’s administrative office starting Monday to complete the necessary procedures.

The move reflects the ministry’s commitment to facilitating the regularization process for landholders in newly incorporated areas of the city. The focus is on ensuring that all citizens who have applied for land regularization can do so smoothly and in accordance with the approved guidelines.

In addition to the regularization efforts, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities continues to offer investment land plots across various cities. In New Fayoum City, several plots are available, including a 4,832-square-meter commercial-administrative plot priced at EGP 6,860 per square meter, a 4,203-square-meter commercial-residential plot at EGP 3,530, a 1,016-square-meter commercial-administrative plot at EGP 6,725, and a 4,142-square-meter fuel station plot at EGP 3,290 per square meter.

These initiatives are part of the ministry’s broader strategy to support urban development and investment opportunities across Egypt.
