New Housing Units in New Mansoura City to Be Delivered Starting September 29, 2024

Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced that the New Mansoura City Development Authority will begin the delivery of a new batch of 107 buildings from the “Sakan Misr” project on Sunday, September 29, 2024. The delivery will continue until Tuesday, December 3, 2024, and will cover various areas within the city’s first, second, and third districts of the first phase.

Minister El Sherbini highlighted that New Mansoura City features a range of residential options, including affordable housing, middle-income housing, villas, and premium housing. The city also boasts open beaches for Egyptian families, celebration and entertainment areas such as the “Kornish Ahl Misr,” and central green parks, including the Southern Garden. The city supports pedestrian and cycling traffic and includes various service projects.

In detail, Eng. Mohamed El Ghamrawy, Head of the New Mansoura City Development Authority, outlined the delivery schedule. On September 29, 2024, units from building 49 in the first district and buildings 1 and 2 in the second and third districts will be handed over. The deliveries will continue with buildings 3 and 4 on September 30, 2024, buildings 5 and 6 on October 1, 2024, and buildings 7 and 8 on October 2, 2024. A catch-up day will be held on October 3, 2024, for those who missed the earlier dates. Further deliveries include buildings 9 and 10 on October 7, 2024, buildings 11 and 12 on October 8, 2024, and buildings 13 and 14 on October 9, 2024, with a follow-up day on October 10, 2024.

Additional units will be delivered according to the following schedule:

• Buildings 15 and 16 on October 13, 2024
• Buildings 17 and 18 on October 14, 2024
• Buildings 19 and 20 on October 15, 2024
• Buildings 21 and 22 on October 16, 2024
• October 17, 2024, will be a catch-up day

Subsequent dates include:

• Buildings 23 and 24 on October 20, 2024
• Buildings 25 and 26 on October 21, 2024
• Buildings 27 and 28 on October 22, 2024
• Buildings 29 and 30 on October 23, 2024
• October 24, 2024, will be a catch-up day

Further schedules include:

• Buildings 31 and 32 on October 27, 2024
• Buildings 33 and 34 on October 28, 2024
• Buildings 35 and 36 on October 29, 2024
• Buildings 37 and 38 on October 30, 2024
• October 31, 2024, will be a catch-up day

Finally:

• Buildings 41, 42, and 43 on November 4, 2024
