The 6th of October Gardens City Development Authority has announced the extension of the deadline for receiving units in the Valley Towers Project, which was originally set to end on August 28, 2025, by an additional two weeks. This decision aims to facilitate procedures for customers and grant them more time to complete the handover process.
According to the authority’s announcement, the new deadline will start on September 15, 2025, and will continue until September 28, 2025, allowing customers to receive their units without incurring any penalties or going through additional procedures.
