Engineer Ahmed Rashad El-Sherif, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, held a meeting with officials and residents of the Dar Misr – Al-Qarnfel Compound in the First Settlement to discuss their demands and suggestions.
The meeting addressed several observations related to landscaping, irrigation, drinking water, gate maintenance, and cleanliness. Officials emphasized the need to expedite problem-solving and enhance services to preserve the compound’s aesthetic and living standards.
Another meeting was also held with property owners in the First District of Beit Al Watan to follow up on the completion of roadworks, lighting, pavements, and the removal of violations and construction waste.

The discussions also included accelerating the connection of communication services, all within a structured development plan and a defined timeline.
Additionally, officials met with residents of the Dar Misr 70-Building Project in the Andalus area to review remarks related to site coordination, treated water, and cleanliness. The relevant departments were instructed to take immediate action to resolve these issues efficiently.
These meetings aim to maintain direct communication with citizens and ensure the continuous follow-up of development projects to enhance public services and improve the overall quality of life in New Cairo.
