A fine of EGP 4,000 will be imposed on individuals caught dumping waste on public roads or major highways. Additionally, vehicles used for illegal dumping will be confiscated, and those without license plates will be impounded for six months. Confiscated vehicles will also be utilized to transport waste to designated disposal sites, in accordance with applicable regulations.
