The New Cairo City Development Authority today carried out an immediate removal of a building violation involving an increase in the permitted construction ratio in the rooftop rooms of plot 220 A within Dyar Park – The Icon Compound, located in the Northern Investors Area of the First Settlement.
This action was implemented under the directives of Eng. Ahmed Rashad El-Sherif, Head of the Authority, and supervised by Eng. Sayed Hassan, Deputy Head of the Authority for the First Settlement area. The removal comes as part of the Authority’s ongoing plan to monitor violations and encroachments and to preserve the city’s urban appearance.
The operation involved coordination between the Development Department, the Security Department, and the Removal Committee. Administrative and legal procedures related to the violation are currently being completed. Daily follow-up is also being carried out to ensure full compliance with the regulations governing construction within the city.
