The ministry will begin delivering units in Building No. 15 and continue sequentially until August 2025, covering all units from Building No. 15 to Building No. 53.
Unit Delivery Schedule for February 2025
- Building No. 15: Sunday, February 9, 2025
- Building No. 16: Monday, February 10, and Tuesday, February 11, 2025
- Building No. 17: Wednesday, February 12, and Thursday, February 13, 2025
- Building No. 18: Sunday, February 16, and Monday, February 17, 2025
- Building No. 19: Tuesday, February 18, and Wednesday, February 19, 2025
- Building No. 20: Thursday, February 20, and Sunday, February 23, 2025
- Building No. 21: Monday, February 24, and Tuesday, February 25, 2025
- Building No. 22: Wednesday, February 26, and Thursday, February 27, 2025
The unit handover process will continue on a fixed schedule until August 20, 2025. To prevent overcrowding and ensure citizens’ convenience, additional days will be allocated at the end of the schedule for those unable to attend on their designated dates.

- March 2025: Buildings No. 23 to No. 34
- April 2025: Buildings No. 35 to No. 45
- May 2025: Buildings No. 46 to No. 53
- June – July 2025: Completion of remaining buildings
- August 2025: Reserved days for late handovers (August 24 to August 27, 2025)
Steps and Procedures for Receiving Units
Citizens must adhere to their scheduled delivery dates for each building and bring the necessary documents, which include:
- Proof of identity (National ID card)
- Original copies of booking and contract documents
- Payment of any outstanding financial dues before the handover date
