The Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, has unveiled a new offering of commercial shops for sale via public auction in the city of Hadayek October.

A total of eight commercial markets in various locations and designs will be offered. These include areas such as:
- Project 645 Social Housing Buildings
- Project 307 Social Housing Buildings
- Ebni Betak Phase II
- Al-Quraa A
- Project 266 Buildings
- Project 1185 Social Housing Buildings
- Ebni Betak Phase IV
- Al-Quraa B
The shops will be licensed under a 10-year usufruct system through a public auction. The auction session will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the Authority’s headquarters.
New Investment Land Offers
The Ministry also announced details of new investment land plots in various new cities:
- Borg El-Arab New City
- Recreational land (usufruct): 4,118 sqm.
- Residential land: 13,531 sqm at EGP 4,190 per sqm.
- New Alamein City
- Residential lands ranging from 4,150 to 15,313 sqm with prices starting at EGP 5,395 to EGP 6,295 per sqm.
- New Salhia City
- Commercial land: 11,260 sqm at EGP 7,365 per sqm.
- 10th of Ramadan City
- Various plots for warehouses, exhibitions, and commercial-administrative use ranging from 1,851 to 199,673 sqm with prices between EGP 4,910 and EGP 13,920 per sqm.
- New Minya City
- Usufruct plots for a commercial market (1,913 sqm) and a tourist promenade (16,500 sqm).
- Other plots include medical, commercial, and administrative uses with prices up to EGP 13,680 per sqm.
- New Tiba City
- Mixed-use urban land (42,565 sqm) at EGP 1,930 per sqm.
- Administrative and commercial plots, including medical land, with prices ranging from EGP 3,055 to EGP 10,010 per sqm.
This diverse offering caters to a wide range of business and investment needs, providing opportunities for growth in Egypt’s new urban areas.
